Michelle Collier, a native of Forsyth Ga, is the wife of Dr. Eddie F. Collier, and the First Lady of Towaliga County Line Baptist Church in Jackson, GA.
First Lady is a graduate of Mary Persons High School. Her secondary education began at Tift College in Forsyth, Georgia. Upon the completion of her course of studies, she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. Her postsecondary degrees were earned at Fort Valley State University, where she received a Master of Science Degree in Middle Grades Education, and Cambridge University, where she received a Specialist/Advanced Studies Degree in Educational Leadership. With a passion for improving the lives of children and young adults, she began her career with the Monroe County Public School System as a classroom teacher. Since her tenure in education, she has served as an Instructional Coach and as the Director of Alternative School. She is currently the Assistant Principal of Thomas G. Scott Elementary School, in Monroe County. She is committed to excellence and works diligently to ensure the achievement of her students and staff.
First Lady is an active member of The Griffin Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. In her Sorority, she serves as chair and co-chair of several committees. She has also served as a past Corresponding Secretary. She is an advocate for education and public service, and she takes pride in giving back to her community.
First Lady Collier has served faithfully under the leadership of her husband for over 30 years. She serves as the leader of the Sisters of Integrity, providing leadership, mentorship, love, and support, she is also a member of the Deaconess Ministry. Having a passion for helping others, she is always willing to serve wherever she is needed. She is happily married to Dr. Eddie F. Collier, and is the proud mother of three, Christopher, Ashley, Breanna, son-in-law, Dee and granddaughter, Collier.
